Brownsboro is named after a local miller, John Brown. A post office was established at Brownsboro in 1824. John Stallworth, professional football player, 4 time Super Bowl champion (IX, X, XIII, XIV), was born in Brownsboro. He died in a car crash in 2007. He was the son of John Brown, a miller who moved to Brownsboro from Georgia in the 17th century. He is the nephew of former NFL player and coach, Bob Brown, and the great-grandson of Robert Brown, who moved from Georgia to Alabama in the 18th century to work at the mill. He also played for the Alabama Crimson Tide in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The town is located on the Flint River, which runs through Madison County and flows through the center of the town. It is located near the junction of the Alabama-Mississippi Turnpike and the Alabama Turnpikes. It has a population of about 2,000 people, most of whom live in or near the town of Brownsboro, which was established in the 1800s. It was named for John Brown who lived in the area and died in 1825. Stallworth also played for the Oakland Raiders, Oakland Raiders and Oakland Raiders of the NFL. He is the son of former NFL player and San Francisco Raiders owner John Stallworth. He was born in San Francisco, California, and grew up in Oakland, California. He has four children, two of whom are currently in the NFL and one is in college. He won the Super Bowl in XIV,IX and X, as well as the NFL MVP award in XIV. He also played in the Pro Bowl in XV, XVIII and XVII. He died in 2007. He had a son, Jonathan, who is now a San Francisco Giants player. He played in XVIII, XVII and XVIII with the Raiders, the 49ers and the Raiders. His son Jonathan is currently playing for the Raiders in the NFC East. He will also play in XVII, XVV and XVV with Oakland Raiders in 2014. He can also be seen in the film "The Godfather" with his son Jonathan Stallworth and his wife, Lisa Stallworth-Stallworth, who was also a former NFL star and NFL MVP. He passed away in 2011 at the age of 48. He still has two children, both of whom play for the San Fransisco 49ers, one of whom is in the AFC East.
